Information from the hotel:
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel and referencing the group block name, or by using the group booking code while online booking.
The hotel allows guests to check-in to their rooms at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The hotel staff is not able to guarantee an early check-in time for guests. The hotel staff will do it’s best to honor requests for an early check-in based on the availability of rooms on the day of arrival.
Guests have until May 26, 2025 to use the booking code.
Guests have 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel reservations without penalty. Failure to cancel
reservations as specified will result in charges for one night’s room and tax.
Do I need to stay the full time to get the hotel rate?
Not at all! You’re not required to stay for the full duration to enjoy the special hotel rate. We secured this rate to give our guests the flexibility to stay as long as they wish, whether it's for just one night or the whole weekend. The discounted rate will still apply even if you’re only planning a brief stay.
If I don't want to stay at the recommended hotel, where can I stay?
We recommend checking on Airbnb or VRBO for any rentals! You can also search 'Hotels on Cape Cod' and browse the options, though we recommend looking at hotels surrounding Falmouth, Mashpee, and Hyannis.
What airport should I fly into?
One option is to fly into Boston Logan Airport and rent a car to drive down to Cape Cod or you can fly into Cape Cod Gateway Airport in Hyannis and take an Uber to your hotel from there!
